Butter Cream Icing
Melt 1-1/2 cups butter. Add with 2 tablespoons vanilla to 3 pounds
(1-1/2 packages) powdered sugar. Mix. Add approximately 3/4 cup milk
A LITTLE AT A TIME until frosting is thick enough to spread. This
frosts one large cake or about 150 cookies.
