Sue requested recipes for lemon curd. This is how I make
mine.

Lemon Curd
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
Use to fill dessert pastry shells or spread it on toast or
English muffins.
