Cauliflower and Almond Casserole

1 head cauliflower
2 c. cream sauce
3/4 c. chopped toasted almonds
salt and pepper

Separate cauliflower into flowerets; cook 10 minutes. Place in buttered baking dish. Pour cream sauce over. Sprinkle with chopped almonds. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. I put the almonds in the dish, a layer of cauliflower, then sprinkle of almonds. I also like bread crumbs on top.
