Chicken and Rice with Almonds Casserole

1 pkg. (6 oz.) Uncle Ben's wild rice
2 medium cans French style green beans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 jar (2 oz.) pimento
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can slivered almonds
1 can slivered water chestnuts
2 c. cooked, deboned chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook wild rice by directions. Mix all ingredients using only 1/2 of almonds. Put in large casserole dish or 2 medium dishes. Brown other 1/2 of almonds in butter and top casserole with them. Bake 30 minutes. Option: Top casserole with grated Cheddar cheese and almonds.
