Hot Chicken Salad Casserole with Almonds

3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small jar red pimento
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced onions
2 c. crushed potato chips
almonds
sharp cheese

Mix together except for the almonds, chips and sharp cheese. Layer mixture with almonds and chips. Top with chips, almonds and grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake in oven for 30 minutes at 340 degrees.
. After 3 minutes, spoon more sauce over and add almonds.
