Microwave Haddock with Almonds

1/2 stick margarine
1/3 c. slivered almonds
juice of half a lemon
dill weed
parsley flakes
4 to 5 pieces haddock
Mrs. Dash seasoning

Microwave margarine and almonds on High for 6 minutes. Remove almonds; set aside. With margarine drippings add lemon juice, generous sprinkle of dill weed and parsley flakes; mix together. Place haddock in glass pan. Spoon lemon mixture over; sprinkle generously with Mrs. Dash seasoning. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 6 minutes. Remove wrap, spoon juices over, add almonds. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
Makes 4-5 servings
