Cheese Chicken
Swiss Cheese Chicken
1 package
Boneless, skinless chicken breast
Swiss cheese slices-one for each portion
or chicken 1 can of chicken broth
Flour each chicken breast
Lay
each chicken breast into 9x11 or 13
baking dish, & place a piece of cheese
over each piece. Pour chicken broth over
chicken, lightly pepper. Needs NO salt.
Cover with foil. Bake 325° For 2 hours.
Do not take foil off until ready to
serve.
