Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese

1/4 Pound ground beef, extra lean
1/2 Pound ground turkey
28 ounces fat-free spaghetti sauce
3 Tablespoons light cream
3 Tablespoons white wine, optional
8 Ounces mostoccioli or penne rigate, uncooked
grated parmesan cheese

In large skillet, over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, cream and wine; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss hot pasta and sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
