Bacon Egg Cheese Muffins Recipes
Makes 6 Servings

8 eggs
1/3 cup milk
6 English muffins, split, toasted
3 tbs Dijon mustard
6 slices cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, halved

Heat oven to 35O. Coat 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray. In bowl, beat eggs and milk, season. Transfer to pan. Bake 15 min. Cut into 6 squares. Spread muffin bottoms with mustard. Top with cheese, egg squares, and bacon, add muffin tops. SERVE & ENJOY.
