Chinese Cabbage Salad Recipe

1 lg. head Napa cabbage, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 C. butter
2 3 oz. each pkgs. Ramen noodles, uncooked
1/2 C.slivered almonds
1/2 C. sunflower seeds
1/2 C. sesame seeds

Combine cabbage, onions and set aside. Melt butter in skillet and crumble in noodles, eliminating the "seasoning" package. Cook, stirring until lightly browned. Add almonds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds. Toss until lightly toasted. Remove from stove and cool. Combine oil, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and mix well. Refrigerate. Toss cooled noodle mixture with cabbage mixture and pour dressing over salad just before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
