In the past newsletter I was same diet recipes. It reminded me of some I had. Thought someone might like these recipes as well.

Diet Whipped Topping Recipe

1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. powdered milk
Any sugar substitute to equal 2 T.
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Chill the bowl and beaters. Combine the water and powdered milk. Beat until mixture begins to stiffen. Add the sugar substitute and lemon juice. Continue to beat until stiff. Yields 1/2 cup. Each serving may exchanged for 1/2 nonfat milk.
