Almond Dill Crusted Fish Fillets Recipe
Makes 2 Servings

2 tbs chopped almonds
3 tbs panko breadcrumbs
1-1/2 tbs dill
1 tbs each flour and canola oil
1 egg, beaten
2 skin on fish fillets
2 lemon wedges

Heat oven to 4OO°. Place almonds, breadcrumbs, and 1 tbs dill in bowl of a processor, pulse until ground. Place almond mixture in a dish. Place flour in a dish. Place egg in a dish. Season fish. Dredge in flour. Dip in egg, dredge in almond mixture. *Heat a skillet. Add oil to pan. Add fish to pan, cook until browned. Turn fish, place pan in oven. Bake 4 min. or until fish flakes. Sprinkle with remaining dill. Serve with lemon wedges.
