Mary J's Buttermilk Lemon Pie Recipe

3 eggs
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 T. butter, melted
1 T. all-purpose flour
2 T. lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell

In mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, buttermilk, butter, flour and lemon juice and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Cover edges of pastry with aluminum foil to prevent burning. Continue baking 20-30 minutes or til pie is set.
