Mary J's Carrot Salad Recipe

3 lbs. carrots
1 large green pepper
3 medium onions, sliced
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste

Cook carrots until just tender. Chop green pepper and slice onions. Drain carrots.Heat sugar and oil until dissolved. Add tomato soup, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables, refrigerate overnight.
