Pork Chop and Rice Casserole Recipe

6 pork chops
1 white onion
2 cans tomato soup
1 c. water
3 c. cooked white long grain rice
2 T. oil
bunch of green onions

Flour and brown pork chops in oil. Slice onion into rings. Place pork chops on bottom of large casserole dish, layer onions on top of each pork chop. Scoop cooked rice on top of pork chops. Mix soup with water and pour over pork chops and rice. Cook at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until soup is bubbling. Serve with green onions for garnish.
