Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe

1 pound fresh mushrooms, whole
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 teaspoon pepper

In a large skillet melt butter; add mushrooms, a few at a time, and cook over medium high heat until golden. Shake pan frequently during cooking. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper; cook 1 minute longer.
Serves 4.
