Albacore Tuna Martini for One Recipe

1 (3.75 oz.) can albacore tuna ( in oil preferred)
1 few slices red onion, soaked in water 15 min. to take off sharp edge
Sprinkle of capers
1 heaping teaspoon olive tapenade
1 heaping teaspoon sour cream
2 chives for garnish

Start with tuna ,sprinkle on a few slices of onion, than a few capers.
Dollop a spoonful of olive tapenade off to one side of the glass & place sour cream next to it.
Finish with a criss-cross of chives. ( One tapenade is a combo of olives, anchovies & garlic)
