Rhode Island Hot Wieners Recipe

1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T chili powder
2 T paprika
3 t. ground cumin
1 t. ground mustard
3/4 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. ground allspice
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup water
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns, split & warmed

Toppings: yellow mustard, finely chopped onion & celery salt

In large skillet, heat butter. Add onion; cook & stir 3-4 min. Stir in Worcestershire & seasonings. Add beef; cook 6-8 min. or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Stir in water; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 30 min. In large skillet, cook hot dogs 8-10 min, turning.
Serve in buns with meat sauce & toppings.
