Julie's Sauerkraut Salad Recipe

1 (2 lb.) can sauerkraut with caraway seeds, drained
2 T. onion, chopped
2 T. green pepper, chopped
2 T. carrot, chopped or shredded
2 T. celery, minced
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate. Make a couple days ahead.
