Lisa's Lemonade Chicken Recipe

3 pounds chicken (legs, thighs, breasts)
1 tsp. salt
6 oz. can frozen lemonade
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. salad oil
3 T. ketchup
2 T. flour
2 tsp. vinegar

Toss chicken in flour and salt until well coated. Cook chicken in hot oil until browned on all sides. In 2 c. measure, combine undiluted lemonade concentrate thawed, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar; add enough water to make 2 c. Pour lemonade mixture and an additional 1/2 c. water into skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
