Lisa's Pecan Crusted Chicken Recipe

1/4 tsp salt and pepper
4 - 6 oz. skinned chicken breast
8 drum sticks, skinned
1/4 c. honey
2 T. dijon mustard
3/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1-1/4 c. finely crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over chicken and set aside. Combine honey, mustard, paprika and garlic powder in a small bowl and stir well. Combine cornflakes and pecans in a shallow dish and stir well. Brush both sides of chicken with honey mixture.
