Mary J's Chinese Noodle Salad Recipe

1 pkg. uncooked Top Ramen noodles
1 pkg. shredded cabbage or shredded broccoli
2 chopped greem onions
2 T. sesame seeds
2 T. sliced almonds
2 cooked chicken breast, chopped into small bite size pieces
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 T. rice vinegar

In a large bowl, break apart Top Ramen noodles and combine with all other ingredients. Toss to mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
