Mary J's Pineapple Country Style Ribs Recipe

3 lbs. country style ribs, boneless
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1 T. shoyu
1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)

Cut ribs into serving pieces, trim off excess fat. Set ribs aside. In saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, catsup, shoyu and crushed pineapple with juice. Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Arrange ribs in roasting pan. Pour pineapple mixture over ribs. Cover with foil tightly and bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
