Meatball Stroganoff Recipe
Makes 2 Servings

1 lb ground beef
1/4 c dry bread crumbs, fine
1/4 c onions, chopped fine
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 ts Salt
Dash of pepper
1 cn cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c water
Noodles, cooked

Mix thoroughly beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and seasonings. Shape into 16 meat balls. In a skillet, brown meat balls; pour off fat. Stir in soup, sour cream and water. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir now and then. Serve with noodles.
