Chocolate Pretzels Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. white chocolate disks
1 lb. milk chocolate disks
2 T. peanut butter
2 c. pretzels, crushed

Directions
Melt chocolate than add peanut butter. Add pretzels. Butter cookie sheet(s). Spread mixture thin on cookie sheet. Put in refrigerator until cold. Break candy into pieces.

Peanut Butter Corn Flake Candy Recipe

Ingredients
1 c. white sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter, crunchy is better
7 c. corn flakes

Directions
Stir over low flame until forms bubbles on top of the sugar and syrup. Remove from fire and add peanut butter and stir in the corn flakes. Roll in balls and drop on wax paper.

Peanut Clusters Recipe

Ingredients
1 (12-oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
1 (12-oz.) bag peanut butter chips
1 (12-oz.) can of spanish peanuts

Directions
Melt chips in microwave and stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper. Let cool till set.

English Toffee Recipe

Ingredients
2 c. sugar
1 lb. butter (not margarine)
1 c. finely chopped nuts
6 T. water
2 tsp. vanilla
6 - 8 Hershey bars (plain)

Directions
Mix sugar, butter, nuts, water, and vanilla in saucepan. Stir constantly until temperature reaches 310 degrees on a candy thermometer. Pour into a long buttered thin pan approximately 13" x 15". Open 6 to 8 Hershey bars (plain). Lay on top immediately. As they melt, spread with knife. Let set and harden. Cut or break into small pieces.

Five Pound Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
4-1/2 cups sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
18 oz chocolate chips
2 - 5 oz chocolate bars (Cadbury milk chocolate)
1 stick butter
1 jar marshmallow cream
2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 to 2 cups chopped nuts

Directions
Boil sugar and evaporated milk to the soft ball stage (5-6) minutes. Mix chocolates, margarine, marshmallow cream and vanilla until chocolate and marshmallows melt. Add nuts. Pour into buttered 10x15" pan.
