Barbecued Pork Chops Recipe

Rice-a-Roni Salad Recipe

2 pkg. Chicken Rice-a-Roni
1/4 c. toasted almonds
2 jars artichoke hearts, chopped, drained (save juice)
1 can olives, drained and sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
6 green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to package directions, cool slightly. Mix artichoke juice and mayonnaise together for dressing, set aside. In large bowl, mix rice-a-roni with remaining ingredients. Stir in dressing. Cool completely. Can be made a few days ahead of time.
