Sharon's Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe

1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 envelope Lipton's dry onion soup mix
2 chicken breasts, split in half

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend soup and milk; reserve 1/2 c. of the milk mixture. Stir together with remaining milk mixture, rice, 1/8 c. water, and half of the onion soup mix. Mix well. Pour into ungreased baking dish 11 x 7 x 1 inches. Arrange chicken breast on rice mixture. Pour reserved milk mixture over chicken and sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Bake covered for 1 hour; uncover and bake 15 minutes mor
