Sue's Crock Pot Barbecue Rump Roast Recipe

3 lbs. boneless round rump roast
1/2 C. water
3 T. vinegar
2 T. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. cumin
3 C. bottled barbecue sauce

Trim fat from meat and place in crock pot. Add water, vinegar, worcestershire, cumin, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until cooked completely. Discard liquid, remove meat, pull apart and return to crockpot adding barbecue sauce. Cook for another 45 minutes.
