Thai Glazed Pork Chops Recipe
4 pork chops, 1/2"
1/2 c Knorr Thai sauce
c peach or apricot jam
Chopped cliantro or
skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat;
add pork chops and brown on both sides.
In a small bowl combine sauce and jam;
pour over chops, turning to coat. Stir
in red pepper. Reduce heat; simmer
uncovered 10 minutes or until tender,
turning chops occasionally. Serve with
rice and garnish with chopped cilantro
