Lisa's Carrot Casserole Recipe

2 lb medium carrots, cooked and mashed
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cold butter
2/3 c chopped nuts

Combine mased carrots, milk, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Pour into buttered medium casserole dish. Combine brown sugar and flour; cut in butter til crumbly. Add nuts. Sprinkle over carrot mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
