Somebody requested Shrimp Salad:

South Carolina Shrimp Salad Recipe

3 lbs. chopped shrimp
6 hard boiled eggs
1 small jar olives, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
juice of 3 lemons
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
mayonnaise (enough to bind)

To chopped shrimp, add eggs, olives and celery. Then add lemon juice, salt & pepper
to taste & blend all carefully w/mayo. Chill. Serves 9-12
