Double Chocolate Banana Muffins
Makes 1 dozen

1-1/2 cups each flour and mashed bananas
1 cup each sugar and chocolate chips
1/3 cup each baking cocoa and canola oil
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp each salt and baking powder
1 egg

Heat oven to 350. Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, whisk bananas, oil, and egg. Add to flour mixture, stir. Fold in chips. Fill paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake until done 25 min. Cool 5 min. SERVE WARM & ENJOY...STREUSEL TOPPING---Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, cut in 1/4 cup butter until crumbly. Before baking, sprinkle over muffin cups.
