Easy Caramel Frosting Recipe

1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar (I use light)
1/4 cup milk
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Over medium heat in a saucepan bring the butter and brown sugar to a boil and cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Add milk and bring back to a boil.
Remove pan from heat and stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost cake immediately.
Quick and yummy
