Grilled Kale with Parmesan Dressing Recipe
6 servings

1 bunch Tuscan kale
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided (I use organic)
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 t. crushed black pepper
1 t. sea salt
1/3 c. white balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

Lightly peel backs of kale stems. In bowl, combine 2 T. oil, garlic, pepper & salt. Add kale leaves & toss to coat. On grill over medium-high heat, grill kale leaves, 3 min. per side. Remove & arrange on serving dish. In another bowl, combine
remaining 2 T. oil, vinegar & 1/4 cup cheese. Pour over kale. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese & serve.
