Ham and Veggies Casserole Recipe
Serves 6

3 cups diced ham
1-10 oz pkg frozen Lima beans cooked
1 can 16oz cream style corn
4 Tbsp grated onion
1 tsp yellow or stone ground mustard
1 pkg 81/2 oz corn muffin mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Put all ingredients except muffin mix into a sauce pan. Slowly heat to almost a boil.Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions and pour over top of ham mixture. Bake til golden brown about 30 minutes.
