Judy's Peach Butter Recipe

26 peaches, peeled and chopped
2 cup sugar/Splenda
11/4 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamon

Peel peaches and chop or slice. Cook in small amount of water until soft, mash and strain. Measure 4 cups pulp mix with rest of ingredients, Cook in saucepan uncovered stirring until thickened , about 45 minutes. Wash glass jars. Pour hot mixture into jars. put lids on, then process in water bath for 10 minutes. ENJOY !!!!
