Julie's Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

3 cups water
1-1/2 cups lean diced cooked roast beef
3 cups sliced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cups chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 3/4 cup (3oz.)wide noodles
1 (12oz) jar fat free beef gravy

In a large saucepan, combine water, beef, carrots,celery, onions, pepper,and parsley flakes. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in uncooked noodles and gravy. Continue simmering for 10 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tinder. Stirr occasionally.
Makes 4-1/2 cups
