Lemon Custard Cake Dessert

1 lemon cake, baked (2 layer)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
lemon rind

Bake cake according to package directions. Remove from pan and cut in half. Crumble half of cake in 9x13 pan and press down. Mix the sweetened condensed milk slowly adding the lemon juice. Whip whipping cream with the sugar and add to the condensed milk mixture. Stir in 2 T. lemon rind. Pour 1/2 custard mixture over the cake. Crumble remaining half of cake over the top and pour remaining custard on top of the cake. Sprinkle coconut and lemon rind over the custard.
