Marie's Potato Soup Recipe

1 (16-oz) bag shredded or cubed hash brown potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
14-oz chicken broth
3 cups water

Combine in a large pot and cook for 30 minutes.

1 can cream celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Heat thoroughly. You can substitute another cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup for the celery soup. Also the salt and pepper can be to your taste.
Makes 10 servings
