Southwestern Salad Dressing Recipe

This is for Ginger, who wanted recipes for southwestern salad dressing. You can use store bought or homemade salsa. Use the strength of salsa that you prefer, mild, hot, extra hot or spicy. Using ranch dressing in place of the sour cream is another alternative. This is great on lettuce salads, pasta salads, chicken salads, and as a dipping sauce for vegetables and meats.
