Sue's Tuna Salad with Lemon Recipe

1 (6 ounce) can chunk light tuna, drained
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

In a medium bowl combine tuna, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, onion, green bell pepper, pickle relish, salt and lemon pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve on whole wheat toast with lettuce and tomato.
4 servings.
