Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe

1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti
2 c. chicken or turkey broth
2 c. half-and-half or milk
1/2 c. flour or Wondra
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 c. turkey or chicken, cooked and cut into chunks
1 c. black olives, sliced
1/2 c. almonds, slivered
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package. Mix broth, half-and-half, flour, margarine, salt and pepper in 3-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in spaghetti, turkey, olives and almonds. Spread in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6.
