Western Pasta Salad Recipe
Serves 6 - 8

1/2 lb. of wagon wheel shape pasta (can substitute shells or spirals)
1 - 15 oz. can Ranch Style Texas Beans, drained (can substitute beans in chili sauce)
1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
4 green onions, chopped (including tops)
1 -15 oz. can of whole kernel corn, drained
6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp, and crumbled
1 cup of Western brand salad dressing (can substitute Catalina)
1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon celery seed

Cook pasta according to package directions. When pasta is done, drain and rinse thoroughly under cold running water.

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly until well everything is coated with the dressing.

Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
*If desired, you can toss in 8 oz. of cubed Monterey Jack cheese right before serving.
