Corn Fritters for Mary D

15 oz. can corn, drain & KEEP 1/4 c. liquid
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar

Combine liquid from corn and the eggs. Beat together. Add dry ingredients & mix with wire whisk until smooth. Add corn, mix in. Fry in 2 tbsp. oil or bacon grease, like pancakes. Use 1/4 c. batter for each fritter.
