Sour Cream Raisin Pie Recipe

1 Egg
1 c Sugar
1 c Sour cream
1 c Raisins
1 tb Vinegar
1 ts Cloves
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg

Mix together and pour in an unbaked pie crust. This filling appears to be very thin, but in baking it quickly thickens.

Bake as for custard, starting at 450 F. for 10 minutes, the lower temperature to 325 F. until done.
