Peppermint Candy

Peppermint Candy
1 lb. white coating or white chocolate
1/2 c. peppermint crunch
Melt coating: heat water in bottom of double boiler. Remove from heat. Put
coating in top of double boiler. Let melt, stirring occasionally. Let coating
cool slightly before adding crunch. Stir gently. Pour on cookie sheet with sides
to harden. Tap gently to spread evenly.
