Chocolate Cherry Cake Recipe

2 cups Plain flour, sifted
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs unbeaten
2 tsps vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
2 425g (13.5 ozs) cans pitted cherries, drained and lightly mashed
185g (6.5 ozs) dark chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 175C (350F). Combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, soda, cinnamon, salt in large bowl. Mix well. Stir in Cherries, choc morsels and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 10 cup bundt pan. Bake at 175C for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
