Custard Pie

4 eggs
1 tablespoon cornstarch
7 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
2 cup milk

Put all in blender. Add milk last. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle nutmeg on pie before baking, if you desire.
