Apricot Buttermilk Salad
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small box orange or apricot Jell-O
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup Cool Whip
Heat pineapple until it boils, cool. Add Jell-O, then buttermilk. Fold in Cool
Whip. Chill in mold until firm. Serves 6 to 8.
