2 (14 ounce) cans apricots, drained
2 (16 ounce) boxes light brown sugar
1 (16 ounce) box Ritz Crackers, crushed
Place apricots in buttered 9 by 13 baking dish. Cover with sugar, then
layer with crackers. Dot thickly with lumps of butter. Layer to top
of dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until crusty on top.
